Shell structure

The helmet shell is made from a premium KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy) blend of polycarbonate, thermoplastics and other ingredients using LS2’s proprietary formula. The helmet shell comes in two sizes, and is both impact-resistant and lightweight (a hallmark of KPA).

Windshield

LS2 visors are made from premium “A class” polymer with 3D optical capabilities and high durability without distorting the image, providing the highest clarity.

In addition, the LS2 VERSO OF570 openface helmet can be upgraded with an additional inner glass, a clear outer glass to block dirt, rocks, etc., combined with a dark inner glass that can be quickly flipped down to protect the wearer’s eyes from sunlight, and can also be flipped up easily when driving in low-light conditions such as tunnels, or at night, etc. The glass is coated with a surface hardener to help limit scratches and increase usage time.

Both the inner and outer visors can be removed very simply, without the use of any special tools. The visors also have the ability to block UV rays. The inner visor latch is delicately and minimally designed as a rotating part right on the side of the helmet. There are edges for the wearer to easily operate the visor up/down when traveling.

In particular, the outer and inner windshields also have an additional feature that when the outer glass is pulled up, the inner glass will automatically pop up, very smooth and convenient.

The LS2 VERSO OF570 open face helmet also comes with a very neatly designed sun visor. Quickly customize the helmet from a 3/4 2-glass model to a 3/4 1-glass model by removing the outer visor and replacing it with the visor, the user will immediately have a new, neat 3/4 helmet that still ensures full functionality, is convenient when traveling in the city and does not take up much space when carrying or placing it anywhere.

Helmet lining

The foam padding inside the helmet is cut using LS2’s 3D Laser technology to ensure a snug fit and hug the wearer’s face, while creating a pleasant, comfortable feeling. The lining is removable and easy to clean, and is specially sewn from antibacterial fabric, which limits odor and does not cause allergies, giving the wearer a soft feeling and a great experience when using it.

Helmet locking system

LS2 VERSO OF570 3/4 helmet lock is made of stainless metal, one end is a metal bar with adjustment notches, the other end is a latch lock with a red unlocking pin, making it easy to open and close.

Ventilation system

The LS2 VERSO OF570 3/4 helmet has a scientific ventilation system. With two front vents and an open-close adjustment valve and a rear vent for continuous airflow, keeping the wearer’s head cool and comfortable.

Neck cushion

To increase protection for the user in low light or poor visibility conditions, the neck pad of the LS2 Verso 3/4 helmet is integrated with reflective fabric. At the same time, this neck pad also has a supportive effect, helping the wearer feel comfortable when traveling on the road.
