Warranties
Helmets
All helmets purchased at the store are 100% genuine and meet safety standards: ECE, DOT.
- 1 year warranty for all products and 5 years for LS2 Carbon helmets.
- Warranty scope: Technical errors in locks, visor brackets, rims, windscreens, etc., manufacturer’s errors.
- No warranty: scratches, damage and wear due to use.
- Sports helmets will be warranted for 6 months.
Gloves and Protective Clothing
- Gloves are warranted for 6 months for manufacturer’s errors. No warranty for wear and tear due to use.
- Protective clothing: 12 months for manufacturer’s errors. No warranty for wear and tear due to use.
- Wash according to manufacturers’ instructions and do not tumble on hot as this can damage products.
Other Products
- Items not covered by the above warranties will be covered according to the suppliers warranty conditions. These may vary between products and full details can be given at the time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
To qualify you must meet the terms of this policy.
- Please DONT remove or destroy any labelling or packaging before you are 100% happy with your purchase.
- Always check items for condition and size, where applicable, before leaving the shop.
- If buying for a friend or receiving as an online purchase also DONT remove or destroy any labelling or packaging before you are 100% happy with the purchase.
Exchange policy:
We will offer an exchange with something of equal or greater value but the customer would need to pay any price difference.
A return for store credit:
If you are not ready to make a purchase we can offer a store credit of equal value to your original purchase price.
A full refund to the customer:
A full or part refund applies to some rentals returned early but is not our policy of any retail purchases unless we have supplied an incorrect product to what was ordered.
On sale runout stock:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applied.
Notes:
- If our customer simply changes their mind, we feel no responsibility to refund or exchange but will always be reasonable dependent on the circumstances.
- We have very good support from our main suppliers and many items carry a substantial defect warranty period. Damage, however caused, is not covered under the warranty agreement.
