Multiple shell sizes available

The LS2 Challenger FF327 comes in 3 shell sizes, which means users will have more size options depending on their head circumference.

The helmet shell is made of carbon fiber, so all sizes of helmet shells ensure durability to withstand impacts from external forces, avoiding impact on the head and brain of the wearer.

EPS foam of LS2 Challenger FF327 Carbon fullface helmet

EPS foam also comes in many sizes to best fit the user’s head circumference. The EPS used for the LS2 CHALLENGER FF327 helmet is carbon infused EPS (black particles), imported from the US to Asian countries to produce this helmet.

This EPS foam is also made up of many layers with different thicknesses. If you remove the lining and look inside, you will realize that the EPS on the sides and on the top of the head have completely different thicknesses. EPS is made up of layers that overlap and surround the inside of the helmet shell, creating an effective shock-absorbing cushion.

In addition, the EPS foam inside also has additional vertical air circulation grooves from front to back and horizontal grooves on both sides, combined with front and back air vents on the helmet shell to create a scientific ventilation system, helping air circulate continuously to keep the wearer’s head cool and airy.

Windshield

Speaking of the visor, the LS2 Challenger visor is a 3mm thick, race-specific visor. It is made from “A class” polycarbonate for maximum clarity – the best of the best in visor materials. The visor is coated with a hardened surface to reduce scratches and increase its lifespan.

Dark-tinted side mirrors can be upgraded with a smartly placed glass switch for quick switching while driving in constantly changing light conditions.

LS2 Challenger FF327 Carbon Helmet Liner

The lining of the LS2 Challenger FF327 Fullface helmet is sewn from antibacterial fabric, easy to clean and dries very quickly when washed or cleaned. The foam padding inside the helmet is cut using LS2’s 3D Laser technology to ensure a snug fit and hug the wearer’s face, while creating a soft, comfortable feeling.

Neck cushion and chin rest

The neck pad and chin rest of the LS2 Challenger FF327 Fullface helmet are designed with additional reflective details, both supporting the stability of the helmet and providing a reflective effect when driving on dark roads.

Helmet Lock

One end of the strap of the LS2 Challenger FF327 Fullface helmet is a high-quality, durable metal latch lock, the other end is a flexible plastic bar with notches for easy and convenient helmet locking, just one “click” and your helmet is securely fastened. Unlocking is even quicker and easier when you just pull the ribbon on the lock to release it completely.
