HPTT process

A proprietary manufacturing process of LS2 researchers called High Pressure Thermoplastic technology, during the production process a polycarbonate mixture will be injected into the mold. With these industrial molds, high precision is carved from metal blocks weighing hundreds of kilograms and extremely strong to withstand high pressure. Helmet shells produced according to the HPTT process do not have air bubbles, have very high durability, ensure safety, and bring aesthetics.
