The helmet shell is a masterpiece, made from carbon fiber with an incredibly light weight. The helmet has a sophisticated design in every detail, a clear 2-step negative glass design and a good absorbent leather lining. Carbon fiber shell construction

The LS2 BOB OF601 Carbon 3/4 Helmet is made from high-quality carbon fiber, making the helmet shell extremely light but still ensuring strength with the ability to withstand and disperse external impact very well. The helmet shell is made from carbon fiber material called Carbon 3D coated with anti-fouling paint. It is pure carbon and has no air bubbles inside. This material is produced in sheets and molded into a helmet shell shape, joined together by a joint in the middle with a special glue.

The entire manufacturing process must be in an environment below 20 degrees Celsius for 20 days or the carbon sheet will be damaged. This material is provided by a Korean supplier – also a material supplier for the famous Arai brand.
