Cone shell structure from KPA mixture
KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy) is a mixture of polycarbonate, thermoplastic materials and other ingredients according to LS2’s exclusive formula. High-quality KPA material has super light weight and high strength, good impact dispersion. This special formula meets both ECE 22.05 and DOT standards.
2 windshield system
The helmet can be upgraded with additional dark glasses inside to protect the user’s eyes from the sun, and can be easily lifted when entering low-light areas such as tunnels, helping the wearer stay comfortable when moving on the road.
LS2 visors are made from high-quality “A class” polymer with 3D optical capabilities and high durability without distorting the image, providing the highest clarity with anti-UV and anti-fog technology. The visor is coated with a surface hardener to help reduce scratches and increase usage time.
The inner secondary glass has wide and deep coverage.
Ventilation system
LS2 helmets feature a scientifically engineered ventilation system. With two fully adjustable front vents and rear vents for a constant flow of air, keeping the wearer’s head cool and comfortable.
The MX436 PIONEER EVO helmet is designed to be lightweight, comfortable and very well ventilated. With front vents, jaw and side vents, and rear vents. All inlet and outlet vents on the helmet are arranged alternately inside the shell and EPS foam layer.

The helmet’s visor can be easily removed, allowing users to customize many different usage styles.
Quick opening and closing helmet lock
High quality durable metal buckle, comes with a flexible plastic bar with notches for easy and convenient locking operation. Just a light “click” and your hat is securely fastened. Unlocking is even quicker and easier when you just pull and release the ribbon on the buckle. The strap can be adjusted in length depending on the wearer’s head size.
Remove helmet in case of emergency
The helmet is specially designed to be easily removed in an emergency. Rescue workers can remove the cheek pads to allow more space to remove the helmet while still limiting the movement of the rider’s head and neck. By holding the helmet in place and reaching through the straps, carefully pull the cheek pads, slide them through the straps and pull them off the helmet easily.
Helmet Lining
All LS2 helmets feature removable and washable liners to keep them clean. The cheek pads are cut using 3D laser technology to ensure a snug fit. The lining is also made from anti-bacterial fabric that reduces odor and is hypoallergenic, keeping the wearer comfortable.
The helmet is also reinforced with a removable chin pad.
