EGO E-41 Helmet Shell
Made from virgin ABS plastic, a durable material, capable of withstanding high impact, round hat shape with ribs running along the hat creating personality and strength. Weight 950 ± 50g. Meets Vietnam QCVN safety standards.
Visor
The helmet is equipped with a visor that covers the entire face, and can be upgraded with a dark-tinted side glass inside the helmet, which not only helps block rain, dust, insects, but also blocks the sun and prevents glare when moving in harsh weather. The wearer can safely move in many different weather conditions.
The recessed glass latch is located right on the glass, making it convenient, easy and quick to open and close the glass. The outer visor is clear and wide, does not distort the image, has high coverage, has 3 glass levels, ensuring optimal visibility when moving.
More specifically, the outer visor is also designed with holding pins on both sides, helping to ensure the glass is fixed, sturdy, and safe to use.
Ventilation
Ventilation is also a detail that is focused on to increase the user’s comfort experience in the Ego E-41 product line. With up to 4 ventilation holes (2 air intake holes on the top and 2 air vents at the back) to help increase air circulation inside the helmet, ensuring to always keep a cool feeling.

Helmet lining
The shell of the helmet with ear cups on both sides has been simplified, replaced with a layer of silicone leather on the outside. Inside is an ear cup lining that is tightly attached with buttons, ensuring a tight fit while still providing comfort.
The lining of the helmet is made from breathable fabric, making it easier for air to circulate between the inside and outside of the helmet. Not only that, the main function of this fabric layer is antibacterial, minimizing the accumulation and growth of bacteria and mold that cause odor. Creating a soft and comfortable feeling for the user.
The helmet lining is easily removable, convenient for cleaning or replacement.
Lock
The zipper part is equipped with soft velvet fabric for comfort when wearing the helmet.
The lock is equipped with an easy-to-use micro lock, with a load capacity of up to 60kg.
