Returns and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
We will exchange/return goods for customers in the following cases:

1. The product delivered does not match the order (product name, weight, model) We encourage customers to Customers take photos of the product as soon as they receive it for future reference/complaint evidence if necessary. In case you find that the product delivered is incorrect on your order, please contact hotline 0935 615 018 to exchange for a new product.

2. Conditions for returning goods
Time: within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Product conditions: – Goods are complete: product in original box, accompanied by free products, instructions for use, anti-counterfeit stamps, invoices. – Goods have no signs of use.

3. Product conversion and return costs
In case of error on our part, we will fully bear the return shipping costs.
In case due to personal needs, the customer wants to exchange for another product: The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning and delivering the new product.
